At ORACLE Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Ship Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn items with original tags attached and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
